What if I could show you an allegorical idea that ceases the debate of Evolution vs Creation and rather aligns it to be Evolution & Creation, existing in a perfect Paradox?

First, let me define some words: [definitions from Google]

– a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true.

– a statement or proposition that, despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that seems senseless, logically unacceptable, or self-contradictory.

– a situation, person, or thing that combines contradictory features or qualities.

– a story, poem, or picture that can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning, typically a moral or political one.

– a symbol.

This is an allegory based upon a fictional story that I wrote. These are not scientifically proven facts. However, you may still see deep Truth in them, for facts are not the “be all: end all” of understanding. Facts may be skewed to alternate perspectives. Here, I simply present to you an idea. Ruminate or dismiss as you choose. It’s your life, live it well.

In my fantasy/sci-fi novel, The Chronicles of Trevel; Dragon Tears, the two main heroines, Tanya and Holly, drink genuine dragon tears at a young age. The physiochemistry of their entire being reacts to this foreign chemical and irrevocably changes them. The changes are not all immediately obvious, as the affects are first felt in the depths of their Energy.

[*SMALL SPOILER*] One of the things that undergoes radical change is the concept of Time in their growth. It is discovered that the age of their soul (mind, will, emotions), and their physical body is in paradox to the number of years in which they have chronologically existed. [I recommend you read the book to discover this in more detail.]

What if the earth genuinely is millions of years old, for that is the time it would have taken to develop as it did. But, what if the millions of years worth of evolution occurred in a shorter chronological time frame, by a miracle of science that we are yet to conceive, except by faith alone.

The facts of Evolutionary Science point to the Big Bang theory and the millions of years of development that it took for life to grow upon our Earth within the natural construct of Nature, itself.

We already have minor examples of this occurring. Fertilizer combines minerals and chemicals to advance growth in plants. Testosterone and protein supplements add to a faster growth and development in muscles.

There is still so much in our natural world that we are yet to fully comprehend. For example, Ocean Science is rudimentary because we’ve only been capable of exploring such for 300 years and only a rare few people undertake this exploration. The ocean is vast and deep. We’re only scratching the surface of what is there.

Consider the Science of Entomology. New discoveries in bugs still occur in the modern science world. Not to mention Biology. There continues to be surprising discoveries of new plants, as well as new applications of old plants, or renewals of old applications of plants we’ve always had with us. These are continually debated and discovered.

Then there’s the Science of Space. In comparison to all that is out there, we really know nothing.

Is it not possible that the Paradox of Creation and Evolution, being both true in their extreme differences, may also exist as the same Truth?
Much of the magic and superstition of ancient times is now explained easily by science and medicine. What if the Science of Time, (being wibbly-wobbly-timey-whimey), will someday explain in simple terms, that Evolution occurred as Science proves it did, but it actually happened like that in only six days, ten thousand years, or anything other than millions and millions of years?

It’s a theory. It makes sense to me. I have faith to believe that it is practically possible. And, I also have faith to know that whether or not it is true, the Reality of our Life is to Love each other and to explore what we do not yet know.

May we cease our hateful debates, pick up gracious discussion, and boldly go where no human has yet gone before…
